Kerala Gov Employee Hub (keralaemployees.in) is an independent, non-official information portal dedicated to Kerala State Government employees. We aggregate, organise, and present government service-related information so that every employee can easily access what they need — without navigating dozens of official portals.

Our mission is to gather this information in one place and present it in a simple, practical, and accessible manner. We aim to help every Kerala government employee clearly understand the rules, benefits, and schemes that affect their service and retirement.

This site is built and maintained by a small team of current Kerala State Government employees — people who navigate KSR rules, file MEDISEP claims, and track Finance Department G.O.s as part of their own daily working life. Every calculator, FAQ, and explanation has been written, reviewed, or cross-checked by someone who deals with these rules first-hand, not by outside writers paraphrasing official documents.

There was a clear gap: most reliable Kerala service information existed only in official English G.O.s and lengthy circulars. A new employee in a panchayat office or a senior approaching retirement in a rural district often had no Malayalam-language resource that explained pension formulas, MEDISEP claim steps, or KSR leave rules in plain words. We built keralaemployees.in to be that resource — bilingual, practical, and current with the latest G.O.s.

Salary and allowance figures are maintained to reflect the 11th Pay Revision (2019 scale) and the latest 2026 DA/G.O. updates.
