PDF Merger — About This Tool
The PDF Merger tool lets you combine multiple PDF files into a single document entirely within your browser. No files are sent to any server — all processing is done locally using the pdf-lib library. This is especially useful for Kerala government employees who need to combine multiple documents before submitting to the treasury, pension office, or other departments.

FAQ
Is there a limit on how many PDFs I can merge?+
There is no hard limit — you can add as many PDF files as needed. However, very large files may slow down the process depending on your device's RAM. For best results, keep individual files under 50 MB.
Are my files uploaded to any server?+
No. All merging happens entirely in your browser using JavaScript. Your PDF files never leave your device. There is no server involved and no data is stored anywhere.
What order are the PDFs merged in?+
PDFs are merged in the order they appear in the list. You can reorder them by removing and re-adding files. The first file you add becomes the first section of the merged document.
Does PDF merging work on mobile?+
Yes. The tool works on modern mobile browsers (Chrome, Safari, Firefox). Select files using your device's file picker. Processing may take a few seconds longer on mobile due to limited RAM.
🔒 100% Private — All file processing happens entirely in your browser. No files are ever uploaded to any server. Your documents never leave your device.
