കേരള സർക്കാർ ജീവനക്കാരുടെയും പെൻഷൻക്കാരുടെയും ആരോഗ്യ സുരക്ഷ ഉറപ്പാക്കുന്നതിനായി നടപ്പിലാക്കിയ ആരോഗ്യ ഇൻഷുറൻസ് പദ്ധതിയാണ് MEDISEP (Medical Insurance for State Employees and Pensioners). ഇപ്പോൾ ഈ പദ്ധതിയുടെ MEDISEP Phase II നടപ്പിലാക്കുകയാണ് സർക്കാർ.

Phase II ൽ ഇൻഷുറൻസ് കവറേജ് വർദ്ധിപ്പിക്കൽ, കൂടുതൽ ചികിത്സാ പാക്കേജുകൾ ഉൾപ്പെടുത്തൽ, grievance സംവിധാനം മെച്ചപ്പെടുത്തൽ തുടങ്ങിയ നിരവധി മാറ്റങ്ങൾ വന്നിട്ടുണ്ട്.

MEDISEP Claim Rejected ആകുമ്പോൾ എന്ത് ചെയ്യണം?

1. Hospital Insurance Desk നെ സമീപിക്കുക

MEDISEP empanelled hospitals ൽ insurance desk ഉണ്ടാകും. അവർ claim details പരിശോധിക്കുകയും documents upload ചെയ്യുകയും ചെയ്യും.

2. MEDISEP Helpline ൽ പരാതി നൽകുക

Hospital വഴി പ്രശ്നം പരിഹരിക്കാനാകാത്ത പക്ഷം MEDISEP helpline ൽ പരാതി നൽകണം.

പരാതി നൽകുമ്പോൾ നൽകേണ്ട വിവരങ്ങൾ:
